How to return?

Personalized products and customization cannot be returned. For other products, return shipping is possible. Let us know within 14 days by sending an email to info@lalief.nl. Mention in the mail your order number, name and IBAN number where you want the amount to be returned deposited and any reason for return. After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product – if possible – in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Sending

Make sure you adequately frank the shipment. Shipments that are not stamped or insufficiently stamped I cannot accept and will not be credited. The risk of sending lies with the person who returns the shipment. Once I receive the product in good condition I will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The cost of a return shipment is borne by the customer.
