Warranty
Quality always comes first at Lalief. I do my best to package the products with great care and deliver them in good condition. Nevertheless, it can happen that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim on the warranty. In that case I will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaint
Do you have a complaint? If so, please let me know as soon as possible so I can see what I can do for you. To do so, please fill out the contact form or send an email to info@lalief.nl. If we can’t work it out together, you can contact the dispute commission of the ODR platform.
